Queer - (adj.) - An umbrella term for all people who are not heterosexual, heteroromantic and cisgender. Some individuals will self-identify as queer. Not all trans and/or nonbinary people identify as queer.
Queering Gender - (v.) - The act of playing with, deconstructing, transforming or reclaiming gender, moving it from a heteronormative, patriarchal and cissexist perspective into a queer perspective.
Queerplatonic - (adj.) - Term used to describe queer relationships that are outside the realm of typical friendships, and may sometimes be ambiguously romantic.
Questioning - (adj.) - Slang term used to refer to when someone is unsure about theirgender identity and/or sexual orientation. Someone who is questioning is still trying to figure out what they identify as.
